How I work

To figure out your goals and ways to achieve them, we will meet for a series of one-on-one sessions. One session lasts 60 minutes.
We come together once a week, twice a week, or once every two weeks, depending on your needs.

the Coaching process

Probably you don’t know exactly what your goals are or to which direction to turn your life. We will figure it out together in our first sessions. I will listen to you, and I will help you get clarity about what you want to achieve and how to reach it.

Maybe in the stress of everyday life, you lost the connection to yourself, and you didn’t follow your interests. We will work on ways of self-care and self-awareness and bring back some balance into your everyday routines.

Besides all, you are the one who truly knows what your needs are. I guide you and support you in the process of recognizing yourself and finding ways how to fulfill your needs and reach your goals.

In every session, we will talk about your current situation, define problems and solutions, and we will work out a list of actions that bring you closer to your goal.

After you achieved a goal, we will reflect on how you got there and how you want to go. Our coaching sessions will lead you to systematic changes and strategies.

The coaching process includes, on one side, serious work and discipline. On the other side, it also leads to total joy and builds up your inner strength with every achievement.

Once you figure out where you want to go, you have me as a coaching partner and objective advisor to follow through with your steps and gain access to a fulfilling life.

The relationship between my clients and me is a creative and strong partnership. From the first session on, we will clarify your situation and increase your productivity.
